Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that there may be delays due to Covid-19 and due to Brexit we have seen significant delays at the border which may cause further delays that are out of our control.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We use EasyShip to calculate the cost associated with shipping. Using this integration allows us to offer our customers different options for their deliveries and show the taxes and duties for international shipments.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Katy Hands Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We endeavour to include these as an automation via EasyShip but from time to time may need adjusted. In rare cases such as these Katy Hands Art will reach out to you directly to resolve any issues.
Local delivery
We may be able to offer local delivery for orders in London or arrange a pick up if an artwork is on display on location. Please note this option is only available for larger pieces.
If an artwork is on display we try to include this as a note in our product description as it may delay our delivery. Please reach out to us for more information at info@katyhands.gallery or fill out our contact us page.
Please note that if an artwork is collected it will be deemed to be in an acceptable condition at the pick up and any damage will be at the fault of the customer and no liability shall fall to Katy Hands Art.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@katyhands.gallery with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
